I can be unapologetically me!
I like how they are accepting of everyone equally
My teammates make me happy
I like how they accept everyone for who they are.
Being able to help others out or make a difference to someone
We are more like a family then a team of people who work together.
We all work together well and everyone is always offering to help someone when they can.
We work well together, we like to see each other succeed, and we can problem solve efficiently together.
Being able to do something I enjoy and having an amazing team to support me if I have questions
I am still new and the benefits haven't kicked in yet, but from what I hear they are better than my last job!
I absolutely love how open you can be here about your sexuality. I have never worked somewhere before that the LGBTQ community was so accepted.
Everyone is so caring! Also, when someone isn't here we all jump in as a team to pick up the slack. It's not all pushed on one person!
Everyone seems to understand home life/ work life balance! It makes me feel good that if an emergency should arise, I can take time to be with my family!
I have worked so hard this year, and for a couple of months I was doing the job of 3 people with very little to no help almost daily. Yet, I mention a raise and no one has anything to say.
I feel as if management isnt allowed to help out which has caused my manager to not know procedures. Our team has to fill in for the manager to answer questions quite often. I feel as if I do the job of 3 people some days because of this lack of knowledge.
