With a market adjustment in the banking centers, I now make the same hourly rate as someone who has been in this same role for less than 6 months. While I have been in this role for over three years now. How is that fair to those people? Loyalty and tenure do not go very fair it seems.

Management should ask before placing a service associate at the drive-thru position. I was placed there by force and had to no choice, but to accept it. Co-workers should not talk bad about customers after he or she leaves.

We are no longer allowed puzzle books or crochet. We are not allowed blankets or soft plushie decorations. We are discouraged from using heat pads. Calling in sick counts against us. VTO and our 5-minute grace time were taken away. We are discouraged and penalized for socializing with other teams.
