Truly listen to our feedback. They will act like they are listening and will do something about it, but then nothing ever happens, or it takes years. They are very reactive not proactive. We understand somethings do not happen overnight, it should not take so long for them to act or us to see change

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When my position was evaluated it was lumped in with a general role. My role is complex and requires being a subject matter expert in many areas

The difference between the gross pay and the net pay is huge, we are not allowed to hit or get paid overtime even if for some reason we have to hit overtime.

I have been here 3 years and am making the same amount hourly as the CRR who has been here for 6 months. I should be compensated for longevity and loyalty to the company

The recent raise given across the board makes it so that I, as an employee of 3 years tenure, am making the exact same thing as the person that has been here less than a year. Where is the reward for loyalty and length of service.

I think I have a fantastic team that is easy to work with. Relationships with other department managers can be a little strained as we don't have the same standards for staff

We look out for each other. We are an extension of family. If someone has something come up and needs to trade days off, we accommodate them as often as possible. We think of each other many times outside of work, as evidenced by little tokens, gifts that we know the other person enjoys.

Sense of what the word team means.

Be more mindful of the work they're doing (cash in's and cash outs, writing deposit amounts on slips, constantly fixing simple mistakes gets tedious), spend more time doing the job at hand instead of only conversing with customers
