Communication and organization. The segmentation plan has been poorly explained and is chaotic at best. I really don't have a manager. I absolutely love my RP, but she's no longer my boss. Forget the sales contests. Overly complicated and chaotic.

We do not seem to talk about problems, keep carrying forward issues without resolution. Burnout, late hours, very poor working standards, remote colleague technology experience is poor. To much change constantly occurring.

I literally cannot write all I want to say based on the max characters being 300. This is what I am most annoyed about with leadership, you ask for my opinion but do not give a good enough platform to let you know about my opinion. This is not only reflected in this survey but also technology.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better knowledge of the processes and systems. More willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them from start to finish. Don't wait for others to ask if tasks are completed. Move them forward on their own.
