Look at current employees, rather than focusing all the attention on new hires. Think about the cost of turnover versus the bottom line. The money you save on not giving current employees raises or alternative incentives will cost triple the amount to acquire, train and implement their replacements.

Invest in the systems to properly serve our customers. Systems being down and other IT issues are sore spots to attracting and retaining employees. We continue to be in silos as different departments which is not a whole bank approach. Leadership doesn't put its money where its mouth is.
