There are ups and downs all the time, but at this time mostly down. Corporate has recently created an environment that makes me feel very unsure about my future within the company. They make decisions then the employees have to live with the back lash and they don't seem to care.

Insurance premiums are way too high - do not meet deductible so no real savings and only pay a lot for insurance out of pocket for family

The work I do is highly valued and I'm more often then not asked to assist other teams with work that I have past experience with but isn't currently a part of my role and responsibilities. I don't mind stepping in and helping, but I still have high-priority and highly visible projects I need to do.

I think that we still are under paid and that bilingual people should get 2 dollars more than original pay

In my role, many times it feels like fighting a uphill battle to earn work and projects and having to work through difficulties outside of the challenges that are involved with my work. This has led to a lot of stress, frustration, and depression around my role and my work that I'd like to avoid

They keep changing things for the "supposed better" butit makes things worse. Expect us to keep everything straight in our heads, but with all the changes, it's near impossible. I will say that DAO is the only thing that was truly an improvement.

I step up when needed and I do alot of my managers job and myself and one other employee at my branch pick up the others slack and work multiple weekends in a row while our manager is sitting in their vehicle. Id love to step up as manager

I have family considerations that I have tried to address properly and professionally that FMB has been unwilling to work with me on and that, as a result of me bringing it up, has made me feel like relationships have soured to me and my career has been affected already.

There is not a lot of feedback or communication. Our senior analysts and leaders are so swamped and in so many meetings there isn't much collaboration within the team especially for support analysts. I also don't feel like I was brought on to do what I thought I was interviewing for.

My direct leadership make me feel like I am not a valued member of the team and like I am not performing as expected consistently when it doesn't line up with my prior work history, reviews, or feedback I get from other areas. It makes me feel very vulnerable everyday.
