There are ups and downs all the time, but at this time mostly down. Corporate has recently created an environment that makes me feel very unsure about my future within the company. They make decisions then the employees have to live with the back lash and they don't seem to care.

Realize that employees are people, not machines.

We are a family for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers and solving their issues when possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, we all get along, but there are those employees that want to bring everyone else down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep changing things for the "supposed better" butit makes things worse. Expect us to keep everything straight in our heads, but with all the changes, it's near impossible. I will say that DAO is the only thing that was truly an improvement.
