If we miss our goals by one account or1%, we receive nothing for our incentive. I feel we should be paid on a percentage to our goal.

If we do not meet our goals, it is all or nothing. It would be great if we were rewarded on a percentage basis. We really work hard and may miss our goal by a few points. It is very disappointing we do not get rewarded on our efforts.
