I feel very neutral about the company and the direction of the company. Certain leadership does not get it in my opinion and that individual seems to be making the majority of the changes and not for the good of the organization.

the compensation package is unattainable. Also, the goals we have are unrealistic and not comparable to other financial institutions. The sales contest that was recently implemented in a joke and very clunky, not motivating at all
