It's a good enough job. That's what I tell anyone asking about work. There are benefits as opposed to none and slightly accommodating salary. But it's not setting me up for a great future. In the current economic situation, most of us are barely getting by, but we're getting by.

Extra sick time allotted for medical appointments.

Feeling valued by my coworkers and teammates.

They have great chemistry. They're real team players

Better benefits or better pay.

Mutual understanding amongst the team. We work to reach our goals.

We're very fond of the relationships we've built with our customers.

Getting to see my coworkers and interacting with my regular customers.

I'm not sure what I like. We hardly see our leadership team.

They're very positive and behind making the company the best it can be for everyone, they're just slightly out of touch with what's best for everyone.

Some team members are very thoughtful of the rest of the team and are very inclusive with projects and activities. This isn't to say there aren't cons to the team as well.

We need to set all of our baking centers up for success. The way some of them are managed leave employees feeling miserable before, during, and after the workday. They're no longer motivated by incentive because it's so hard to reach. We need clear definitions of roles and priorities to follow.

This year, our incentive program has changed. And being in my position. We went from the old incentive to working harder for less money. And the funny thing is we're told it's not a big deal to not hit goals or incentives, but it's then reflected and weighed significantly in our annual reviews.
