I have been here for almost 3 years, and I have learned a lot. I have progressed a lot as a person and employee. I feel like I like where I am. Personally I have decided to go to college at an older age because I want to find my passion in life. But I do plan to stay with the FMB family.
I have been here for three years and plan to stay as long as I can. I enjoy the team I work with and the environment. It is unlike anything I have ever been apart of and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn as a person.
My co-wokers and getting my tasks done.
They are clear and consistent. They are very passionate as well.
They communicate well and they also participate in all of the ERG groups as well.
Talking with the team and accomplishing things each day for the people I work with.
We communicate well, we always help each other, and we are there when we need each other.
The positive environment and the surprises we get with being treated to lunch and being shown appreciation.
As a team we laugh, talk, and share stories. It brings such a personalization to my job and I enjoy it.
The care we show for one another and being realistic while being positive. DE&I calls are a major part of that
We welcome everyone, whether it is with our ERG groups or our birthday lunches it is nice to always be included.
I like that they attend the DE&I calls, which allows us as employees to not feel like we are a number and they are human like us.
As a whole we interact with each other every day and we are personal and laugh together. We make jokes and you can tell we care about each other.
We joke around with each other. We vent to each other with personal and business matters. We know how to handle one another with care and respect. We like to keep it light in such a serious way.
I feel my manager does not show appreication at all. Kudo's would be nice. A lunch outing once in a while as a team as well. We do not spend anytime really getting together to make our team Dianamic better.
I feel that the apple pay is not enough. As a CA, I feel like we are equal parts to the lenders and making the process come to a finish and we do not see any type of fair commission from that.
I feel that most new hires are being paid more when being hired into the company versus people that have been here longer. I feel in the position I am in, with the amount of work I do on a daily basis the pay rate is not enough. Cost of living has gone up and it is frustrating.
