Customers are rude as hell and we are just told to kiss their butts. I have been yelled at, screamed at, cussed, been called every name but a white woman. We get paid hardly anything, not cost of living raise.

My coworkers don't work at all. They are lazy and have no customer service skills. But they are always praised for doing NOTHING!

They don't even know us. They make these grand decisions that are awful and the frontline staff is left to handle the customers and all the bugs of these decisions.

we can never give customers they cash they want because of C3, we never have enough cash in the branch. DMI is absolutely awful and the frontline is responsible for all the complaints and issues.

I am a frontline mentor and only get paid a whole dollar when I am mentoring. CRR mentors get $3 when they are mentoring and floats get an extra $1 all the time, even when they dont float. I give all my free time to this place to get a wage that isnt even "fair market value.
