I appreciate First Merchants Bank giving me the opportunity to work for them. Though I have the behind-the-scenes experience in banking customer service call center but not actual banking center experience. I have learned some much in my time with the company

I love working for First Merchants Bank! It's like a Big Family! Everyone is willing to help from other branches. Taking on my new role as SCRR, I've had a lot of help and feedback from those that helped me

With being my first time working inside a branch. I love the one on one with customers. I used to work back office at another financial institution. What I have learned to put me in the position I'm in now. I am very appreciative

To be able to come to work each day and to see what I can accomplish that day

Well I haven't yet received my yearly compensation amount. Hoping that it will be good. I feel I have improved so much and willing to learn more.

To be able to interact with our customers or to even see if one of my customers from previous branch comes in to see me. It makes my bad

To be able to assist our clients no matter what their issue is. It warms my heart when I do everything I can to help them. And to see the smile on their faces

I feel coming to this branch taking this position that I could got a little more. But I plan on hopefully getting a nice increase for just the things I have done here at this branch

When I got the position of CRR-Reserve I understood pay. But now that I have accepted the permanent position as CRR at my location. When asked for more money it doesn't seem as if it was considered.

With me taking the role, I did back in March 2024. Unfortunately, I did not know that BCM would be leaving. I literally stepped up to the plate to keep the branch going. Until they found a new BCM.
