I like working with the co-workers i have and the work we do is challenging and thought provoking. But it becomes a problem when we are not told something is changing until we get a call about it or have to go down a rabbit hole to find out what is going on.

Not letting metrics be the end all be all of how a department is doing. Actually see how are we are working on days when something goes down or we are dealing with high call volume only to be told we need to do better.
