
It is ok. Need better benefits. Our health insurance company is not good and it doesn't cover RX well. The consumer bankers have absurd goals especially in markets where there is a lot of other bank competition. Bank doesn't help with marketing in the area and we suffer not reaching goals.
I like the DEI programs and ERGs, though I wish the meetings were easier to attend for branch employees. I think consumer goals are not attainable in my market. The pressure to have call blocks to cold call clients makes for a stressful work environment.

Short staffing so we get burnt out easily.

Listening to the feedback from consumer bankers/branches who are the most face to face with cusomers.
Listening to employees when they say they do not feel fairly compensated and when they say the benefits are not good.
New hires get a competitive wage and current employees get paid less even if they have more experience and seniority. Pay current employees competitively as well.
I feel undervalued because my current compensation does not reflect the significant contributions and experience I bring to the team and I feel undervalued after accidently uncovering pay difference w/ associates in my same position in the same market who have been with the company less time than me
Work can be stressful and I already have stresses in my life outside of work related to monetary needs especially in the tumultuous economy. Having in and out of work stresses really tear a person down. Having better compensation and benefits would improve out of work stresses and make me happier
