Our factory was the poster child in the organization for many years. Yet there's no pay increases "because renewables is performing so badly". On top of it, health care contributions increase every year. Never mind our frivolous CEO's compensation packages.
Practice what you preach- put your money where your mouth is. Give factories autonomy about business decisions. Massive top-down changes are required to correct a bloated and head heavy organization. Don't dictate unachievable targets and apply punishment if these goals can't be achieved.
