I've been delivering results beyond my goals in the last three years and no financial compensation came to me. The positions I see similar to mine among other companies are 2x bigger than mine in average. So, salary raises are urgently necessary to retain talents.

Salaries have been frozen in a inflation market, the team is working even harder after covid and results' are improving. Site crews are very well compensated, but office crews are struggling.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get pay increase, keep your promise to make GE simpler company , get nice working place, get nice area plant , get better systems , we have too many different systems to work with, many are not efficient, systems should help us to work better not the reverse. Get GE in future , give a youth therapy
