Very overworked and under staffed with an excutive team top heavy, with little helpers to do the actual work. Very limited view on working globally and understanding peoples working hours and time zones.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
distant at the moment, too much change happening with little to know change management in place to help people through this, as well as going through a pandemic. it's a lot. the loss of social contact is sorely missed. Engagment very low.

Bringing in new people with outside experience with the view to improving things

When we have them, they do great events to bring the teams all together

Seeing people, engaging with them, sharing ideas, being recognised for the extra effort you put in

My team are very closeknit and even when overworked look out for each other and make time for each other. this is what keeps us coming back
