The company has a loyalty penalty. The longer you stay in the company yo fall behind the market. The fastest way to change comp is to quit spend a couple of years outside and come back to the same job with a higher comp.

Rules for merit increase or bonus allocation are related to objectives I have very impact on (even as an EB). How can I feel fairly treated while most of my bonus is related to money losing activities while my activity is making money. And there is almost no perspective that this will get better.

Transparency is becoming a hype word BUT the reality is that there is little to no transparency. Everyone plays its own play without considering the others even if they ask for their feedback and inputs. I can only ask that Transparency becomes a reality not a slogan.

The bureaucracy of decision making, the heaviness of all processes requiring to overly communicate and share petty actions. The increased control for the sake of control of decisions with leaders that have no understanding about the facts. This is useless and tiring. Accountability has left GE.
