Listening to the Employees. Feedback has indicated multiple times that employees wish to work from home with their families but Culp/Pecresse/Cox continually push that employees must return to work. It is evident that they do not care about the employees' desires, and they aren't fooling anyone.

We are squeezing too much out of too few people, whilst at the same time freezing their pay, reducing their opps for internal career progression and all at the same time missing over aggressive targets which team knows we cant achieve because we don't have the resources to do so in the time outline

GE Renewable Energy global leadership team is much more interested in quarterly financial targets than in building a great company. Contributor-level employees are a distant afterthought as compared to leadership bonus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
annual pay increase is low or 0 so it is not following life cost increase and salary is not following the GE request to do more in the job every quarter new topics comings and add a layer but no compensation on the salary. training plan is poor to develop leadership

Probably everything: stop negative competition between sites, replace wrong behaviors from personal agenda to good behaviors from personal aspirations, be harder on people that break the rules, be nicer on people that work hard (following the rules is always harder)

We are doing worse every year (in terms of business), and except for useless multiple internal organization changes (leading to the same people being at the same position under different job name), nothing changes.

Acknowledge REN and in particular GS are not one cohesive product line, but a collection of loosely related PLs that have different operating needs and customer demands. Don't force it to fit together. Empower Tier 4 PLs with budget and HC responsibility, don't micro manage at GS level
