We are working a lot. Top managers have very high salary but we work as much as them. After taxes what we get in our pocket is very low.

GE don't pay going market rate, especially for specialist skills - I see a lot of people leaving for better pay. Benefits such as death in service not good compared to other companies.

I often get hostility from my coworkers when I have ideas for new projects. They think that the projects should be owned by them not by me.

it is again about the people and the leadership. The strategy and focus appear to be too much aligned to businesses that are struggling and not growing those that are growing or doing well.
