Excellent communication, keen to outline strategy and tell what is going well and what is not

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Inclusive of race, culture or gender. Refreshing to see woman team leaders and in middle management roles compared to other businesses.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping my co-workers to improve things, get things done faster and better, and to improve the quality of of what we are doing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Majority of co-workers are open to change and improving things, they want to do their best work and keen to put in the extra hours to deliver quality on time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

GE don't pay going market rate, especially for specialist skills - I see a lot of people leaving for better pay. Benefits such as death in service not good compared to other companies.
