Make sure all message are going in same direction (not having 2 way by PL or HQ) Make sure right people are in correct position to bring improvement, efficiency and fun at work One someone bring a big lack of visibility : make sure we listen and make a plan to resolve it.

The company do not compensate or rewards the employees for their job and achievements, instead they focus solely in cost cutting measurements. This is contradictory as they keep hiring senior employees but give no opportunity of growth to young LPB+ who are capable to do the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in higher level in my new role, but there was no salary increase, however on the same level the people earn more than me.

I don't feel undervalued but I got a promotion during a time of difficulty for the company and so my pay rise doesn't reflect the minimum of the pay bracket for this role. I hope in future that this will be aligned.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to seeks for more stability in strategic thinking and in processes. We change before assessing (today something not at Budget requires to change... But always it is small forms items that are changed).

right now, very difficult to say....right now, not much. Used to be the challenge, my contribution, my manager and cowrkers. It is time for me to find a way to have all this again, which is not the case today in my role

The company has been in reestructuring since its acquisition. Lots of people leaving, no room for recognition for those who stays.
