We lack a clear path to grow since even before COVID.. we need to show everyone how to succeed and move up in the company as well as demonstrate that to them.. we are not doing that at all.

pay but the annual increases need to return and match inflation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it is again about the people and the leadership. The strategy and focus appear to be too much aligned to businesses that are struggling and not growing those that are growing or doing well.
