Working for 18 years but no really carreer path or possible evolution (never in touch with HR regarding this). Difficulty to plan you in the future with all the social plans and cost reduction. Hoping the economic health of GE will be improved in the coming years to better invest in his people

Solve problem for people and meet people from different culture
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better focus on the difference of culture between people (eg: American, Europe, India)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working a lot. Top managers have very high salary but we work as much as them. After taxes what we get in our pocket is very low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are communicated a lot. We got a lot of communication from Larry, Jérôme. The top down communication is excellent but no one ask us for the bottom up communication. How we are feeling. what are our difficulties ? How diff
