Transition. Change is inevitable but the change management is not very transparent so more often than not, I view change as a surprise.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?

Higher HMO coverage, I suppose. Although I'm fine with the current benefits, I just feel there's room to make me feel even better about them.

Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?

They are personable. When hearing them talk, or talking to them, it feels like what you have to say it just as important as what they want you to listen to.

Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?

It's not them, actually. I really have a personal issue with interactions. Which Helpware is really doing it's best to accommodate. I have been assigned to a position of limited interaction and it's been great.

Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?

It's not on a strictly pecking order mandate. Although business decisions are, of course, execution is always democratic. I get to chip in on policies and processes all the time, and I'm not even a manager.

Was macht Sie bei der Arbeit am glücklichsten?

It's like my dream job, or at least my dream set up. And it's not pure luck, it's because I feel valued enough so that my eccentricities are taken into consideration in exchange for the level of output I get to produce because of the alleviated stress of having to endure unwanted working conditions

Was gefällt Ihnen an Ihrem Unternehmen am besten?

Its integrity. I have been with companies claiming to put people first, and years of experience with them have definitely proven that to be a big fat lie. But in Helpware, I can wholeheartedly say, I've been considered since day 1. I don't always get my way, but a good fair amount of the time.
