The mutual respect and support even if not their direct role.
Pro-active when engaging to fellow co-workers. Each of the team are great team players. Very local to his/her suggestions to some matters at work.

They are great! We have very good communication and everyone is always open to help you with anything you need. I think that is very important, cause sometimes you would spend more time with them than anybody else.

Someone need to be more attentive and learning faster

It's not them, actually. I really have a personal issue with interactions. Which Helpware is really doing it's best to accommodate. I have been assigned to a position of limited interaction and it's been great.
They need to see a bigger picture and not only their individual numbers, we have a lot of selfishness in the team
Many of my coworkers aren't meticulous enough, and their job often has to be re-done
They rather to zipped there mouth and just focus to there work so that there no issue in the production floor.
Since I am working from home it seems meaningless to interact through slack.
Everyting is fine actually, I'm happy with this
