Good clear communication and there is always opportunities for growth.

One of the company's value is to "Never stop transforming". Which only show that the company cares for their employees.

it is remote job and you are welcome to work from any place you would love to

I think it's that the work is not hard to do, and you always get help when needed, so it's not stressful cause you don't have to struggle to find solutions on your own. And even if you happen to make a mistake, they would help you to avoid it from happening again, instead of getting mad at you.

They let you be yourself and work with you through out any challenges that arise.

I have never heard of anyone feeling uncomfortable, everybody's free to express the way themselves in every way and I LOVE THAT!

Its already good enough for me

None its perfect the way it is!

The culture is the best!

Having resting places or even some brake rooms as theres no such thing currently and sleeping on the desk hurst my back

They should allocate more budget to the management roles. Based on my experience, managers will have a delayed response to any queries since they are handling more people than expected.
