Leaving at the end of the day.
Breaks, lunch, leaving, and interacting with people in my group.
It is an interesting mix of people and they are quite a friendly bunch of people.
The copays and deductibles are triple what they offer people who buy plans. The call times they expect you complete are so short you can in no way answer anyone's question adequately.
The HR dept actually listens to people who interview and do listen to they interview. It isn't a place that just hires anyone. They are open to suggestions and ideas, which is a good thing.
The direct supervisor was actually very helpful and not bad. The overall attitude from the top and goals forced upon people in the call center to meet are insane. Compensation is actually quite good al things considered. However, the benefits package for a healthcare company should be better.
