Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appriciate if my leaders would evaluate my workload against what I was hired to do and adjust appropriately. Even after expressing roll expansion ideas to document what I do on a daily/weekly basis, I dont have the support of my leadership, and have been unmotivated by not feeling valued
