Everyone is so humble and eager to learn

We set GOALS not hard metrics. Leadership holds us to a high standard of accountability and excellence but not PERFECTION. They do everything they can to make sure we have the resources to be successful every time but don't devalue us as human beings if there is an occasion where we fall short.
