The family feel. The emotionally intelligent bosses. It's a fun work environment where we are all self-motivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are always willing to share and never competitive at the expense of team unity. We all strive to win TOGETHER.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Talent Acquisition leadership team is especially emotionally intelligent and supportive. I am a VSP employee and have signed on with them twice. Both times have been a true joy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We set GOALS not hard metrics. Leadership holds us to a high standard of accountability and excellence but not PERFECTION. They do everything they can to make sure we have the resources to be successful every time but don't devalue us as human beings if there is an occasion where we fall short.
