What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At humana your immediate manager decides your overall success. If you fall in bad team then you have to face Micro management and Hostile work environment. Companies leadership team must check culture across each team and you will be surprised to find so many bad managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At Humana AIP money is not fairly distributed. Immediate managers have favorites. Irrespective of work or effort you put your review will not be fair.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and cultural policies made by Humana is good but it is not getting enforced at all level. It burn down to your immediate manager. If you are able to able to find good immediate manager your life will be good else you will endup leaving.

What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was able to use a white board to start working on immediate challenges my future directorate faced and help to achieve potential solutions. I had an offer phoned in while I was leaving the building.
