Actually making meaningful workplace changes. Some major gaps still (ie reliance on contracting vs FTEs)

The 401k- it is fantastic

The more the better. Matching 401k for all employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Love the folks I work with- very talented & driven people. Some of the other departments.. not so much. Parts of the company are very antiquated

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Actual conversation around social and human rights topics- our VP directly addressed the BLM movement & the murders of Breonna Taylor & George Floyd. We also have a higher than average number of women & POC in upper leadership. Its still corporate, but I'm impressed for a KY company

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Adapt to a faster paced industry. Adapt to digital !

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple. At the time it was for a jr. position & I wasn't expected to jump through hoops like I was applying for Google.

Flexibility! I've been remote for 5 years, and I can extend my vacations while working & traveling.
