The FTO is by far the best, but I also like that the company has ensured our insurance premiums have not gone up over the years. 401k match is nice too!

While we work hard, I really do feel like we are taken care of by our leadership team. They are genuine, provide wonderful feedback, and take the time to coach us and show us the right way.

I love that Radancy stays on top of current events and our leadership team is not afraid to speak to where they stand on hot topics. Radancy does the right thing and puts their money where their mouth is.

I do believe I'm being paid as good or better than what would be offered if I tried to leave Radancy. I'm very thankful that the leadership team has recognized the value I bring to the company and pay me accordingly.

I feel as though work between cross functional teams could be improved. People struggle to know which teams handle certain tasks and certain resources are seem to be constant blockers and never go out of their way to do their part.
