Leadership needs to understand that people are struggling and hearing about how much money we are making for the company while we are all drowning in work is out of touch. I would love to hear how we are reinvesting in our employees not about how many millions of dollars we are making the company.

I do not feel undervalued on a human to human level, I feel valuable to my team and appreciated for my work interpersonally - however I do feel that the pay is lower than it should be. Raises should be a little larger, and salary should be higher to begin with, especially as business is booming.

Management/leadership doesn't put feedback into action, our PJ platform is broken, get rid of mandatory PTO days, actually train the account teams on media so they can talk to clients about it, stop giving exceptions for every client.

We can push back on client requests that don't make sense. It seems like from leadership down there is such a focus on making the company money that we make everything an exception to make an extra dollar at the cost of overworking our employees. We also need to start reinvesting in employees.
