Deffinitely the FTO, the abbility if needed to use more than the standard allotment of time.

Here in our office, we do not have a team, we have a family. We have all been together for so long that we consider each other family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a remote worker I have lost the "culture" aspect of work.

I do love the people and wish we could all be together more. As we don't have an office, it is a bummer to not see everyone more regularly. I also love all the DEI content and teams we have added.
