They do employee appreciation lunch monthly but the pay for each employee is not enough with the stress and workload of the property.

Aimbridge Hospitality: I started with this company in 1998 as an Accounting Clerk. I am now the Area Director of HR for 3 hotels. I have worked with the opening of 6 hotels, and worked at each of these hotels. I'm so proud of my co-workers and the family we have built. They are amazing.

Princess Cruises: Customer services. I couldn't even pay my account without being passed from one department to another, having to wait for hours.
Holiday Inn: Lack of training and very poor work ethics on site. Management has no real desire to train their new hires properly.
UPS: Management doesn't appreciate hourly employees or their hard work.
McDonald's: Training employees in their customer service skills.
Nike: Best company I've ever worked for really go out of their way to make everyone feeled valued and important. Employee surveys listened to and acted on. Also great for progression
Dollar Tree: They promised I'd be working 20-30 hours a week and then cut my hours down to 5 a week and won't respect my needed days off (weekly doctors and therapy apointments) and won't allow me to get more hours or apply for financial support.
Paychex: Great company, they deliver whats needed.
SMC Corporation of America: I worked for SMC for almost 20 years total. Absolutely the best company I’ve ever worked for!!

WSP: Listening to employee concerns, ethical practices, micromanaging, employee retention, celebrate front line employee instead of disregarding their work conditions, we are always understaffed and overworked which causes burnout, resentment, and top talent leaving us left and right on a weekly basis.

JELD WEN: Great experience. As a forklift operator the only gripe I have is the slowing of the forklifts (PIT's), the slower speed has hampered the ability to do my job as fast and as efficient as before the slow down.
