My experience started with great hopes and ideas of what this job would entail. This was short lived as the location had a major change in management which greatly affected all. At this time the focus turned primarily to money. This brought low morale, longer hours, and no feeling of appreciation.

Those interviewing have no clue what is required to perform the positions they are trying to fill making the process laughable.

I work extrmely hard and feel extremely unappreciated and undervalued, as does my entire team. We deserve more pay and should be allowed to work from home, especially in times of extreme weather.

No repect and no hope for advancement unless you are male, African American or Indian. Those that work hard are treated very poorly and given more work, while those that are lax and deliberately fail to perform their tasks are rewarded.

There is nothing positive except when Friday comes. Snapon is probably one of the most negative work environments I have ever seen. Snapon employees are jusy monetary objects that are used. They dont care if they eat your life away as long as you made them money.

My team can accomplish anything when we out our minds to it. I feel we are more productive than ajy other area in our building. We help every department in our building which i more than I can say for any other area. We work extremely hard and very long hours. Generally 50 a week or more.
