Leadership is friendly, the lines between work and fun can gwt blurred but then there are times where you're reminded this is a job. Seeing someone you like get walked out always brings a reality check.
The simplistic laid back demeanor
Their foresight tokeep things moving in an every changing world
Review from Operations Dept
They are approachable and willing to talk to anyone.
We need a new leadership team preferably with some ethics
The leadership team should be replaced with a team that understands the word ethical
Not picking favorites and promoting buddies
Stuck in the past and refuses to look at new ways to grow the business.
Need to actually care about their employees.
The unlimited commission earnings .

Package wise everything is really good and as mentioned before head office look after their staff
Insurance and the pension helps
employee stock options, yearly profitability share. 401K match could be a little better

They provide competitive wages for the market
Seems like the company has no SOPs or training. Everything is learn by mistake. No advancement paths after being in multiple positions/departments. To get a significant raise you have to transfer departments or leave the company.
I am in the bottom 17% of pay for others that do the same job. I also hold two separate rolls without a promotion or raise.
If it was closer to market value.
I am about 20,000 below market value for my title and experience. We get the typical 3% raises and that is begrudgingly given even though our sales are at record numbers.
Not a lot of pay long hours mandatory overtiem
All are willing to assist me.

The TEAM is customer driven (not supported from upper management). Monthly meetings, great communications, transparency with immediate supervisor
Lot of experience within the group
Work well together. everyone brings something to the table.
Review from Operations Dept
The company leans strongly towards long-term associates (although a recent spate of early retirements have impacted that). In those circumstances you have the time to build solid working relationships within a group of people.
Keep the drama outside the work place
Have a good boss and leadership team
Need to weed out the hostile people
Actual training. They have the tools to train us , they are just to lazy to do so
Get everyone involved all the time

I work from home and set my hours.

love my job and my clients i deal with and my interactions with head office
Everyones pretty laid back for the most part. We have tough days but nothing terrible.
Career ladder, we want to do things right.

Teamwork but sometime reporting is overblown
being fair to all would be a great place to start
A new senior management team that wants to bring the company into the 21st century.
Modernize the working conditions and rules for the white-collar Associates. Align compensation with local norms. Behave like they mean everything printed on the "Who we are" posters.
CEO and leadership team need to leave or start showing they actually care about their people. We are what makes those sales numbers grow; show us you care. Be transparent and honest.
Praise people for what they are doing
When I was hired for my job.

great conversation and interaction with management
The positive spin on everything even though it was optimistic.
Interview process was very straightforward.
The manager interview was done with 2 separate managers mostly an open discussion. It just felt good
Let people know what the expected pay is before interview
Honesty and integrity and telling people the truth
Review from Sales Dept
Never in my life have I had a THREE HOUR INTERVIEW. Ridiculous. They made false promises about what the job would entail.
Those interviewing have no clue what is required to perform the positions they are trying to fill making the process laughable.
Going into different companies seeing what is made.

I enjoy helping people and the social interqctions I have with people.
working with the products. Something different every day
Bad management needs to be replaced

Invest in engineering and product research outside of the same thing for the past 10 years.
Honor 8 hr work days. Listen to employees. Have work/life balance for all workers. No weekend work.
Be inclusive and genuinely care about people
Review from Sales Dept
They need to provide actual job training and not lie about benefits during interviews just to get you in the door.
Decent pay of an honest day's work

401k company match could be a little higher
