Snap-on Tools Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work from home and set my hours.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

love my job and my clients i deal with and my interactions with head office

Everyones pretty laid back for the most part. We have tough days but nothing terrible.

Career ladder, we want to do things right.

Review from Operations Dept

Teamwork but sometime reporting is overblown

Absolutely nothing at all !

Professional & all relate well with each other

Not staying in one place. It's nice to get to go out and actually go meet our customers everyday

Review from Sales Dept

There is nothing positive except when Friday comes. Snapon is probably one of the most negative work environments I have ever seen. Snapon employees are jusy monetary objects that are used. They dont care if they eat your life away as long as you made them money.

The attitude of the people around me including coworkers and customers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

being fair to all would be a great place to start

A new senior management team that wants to bring the company into the 21st century.

Modernize the working conditions and rules for the white-collar Associates. Align compensation with local norms. Behave like they mean everything printed on the "Who we are" posters.

CEO and leadership team need to leave or start showing they actually care about their people. We are what makes those sales numbers grow; show us you care. Be transparent and honest.

Praise people for what they are doing

The leadership is all white men,

Management that does not treat people as disposible

New executive team would be a start
