What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is friendly, the lines between work and fun can gwt blurred but then there are times where you're reminded this is a job. Seeing someone you like get walked out always brings a reality check.

The simplistic laid back demeanor

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We need a new leadership team preferably with some ethics

The leadership team should be replaced with a team that understands the word ethical

Not picking favorites and promoting buddies

Stuck in the past and refuses to look at new ways to grow the business.

Need to actually care about their employees.

Hiring a good team of hard workers

Listening to their employees better

Organization, empathy, and establishing work/life balance, there's none.
