Accomplishing valued work at times.

The coworkers and how things roll through the day

Helping and guiding coworkers to understand problem solving. And finding the fix when no one else can.

Review from Operations Dept

The ammount of challange in making quality products

Review from Sales Dept

Doing what I love. Helping the people around me. Knowing at the end of the day that I've accomplished a lot.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad management needs to be replaced

Review from Operations Dept

Invest in engineering and product research outside of the same thing for the past 10 years.

Honor 8 hr work days. Listen to employees. Have work/life balance for all workers. No weekend work.

Be inclusive and genuinely care about people

Review from Sales Dept

They need to provide actual job training and not lie about benefits during interviews just to get you in the door.

No repect and no hope for advancement unless you are male, African American or Indian. Those that work hard are treated very poorly and given more work, while those that are lax and deliberately fail to perform their tasks are rewarded.

The expansion can not happen fast enough
