The TEAM is customer driven (not supported from upper management). Monthly meetings, great communications, transparency with immediate supervisor

The company leans strongly towards long-term associates (although a recent spate of early retirements have impacted that). In those circumstances you have the time to build solid working relationships within a group of people.

My internal team is great - but we are all equally unhappy.

We all get along great and all work hard and take our job serious

My team can accomplish anything when we out our minds to it. I feel we are more productive than ajy other area in our building. We help every department in our building which i more than I can say for any other area. We work extremely hard and very long hours. Generally 50 a week or more.

They are very empathetic and understanding in the way of problems

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Keep the drama outside the work place

Have a good boss and leadership team

Need to weed out the hostile people

Actual training. They have the tools to train us , they are just to lazy to do so
