Getting compensated closer to market rate for the work I am doing - very frequently I get approached my other companies offering a 25% raise or more.

They're all very genuine people, and I feel like I could approach any one of them without feeling intimidated or worried they would bash an idea I bring to them.

In our industry SPS pays less than the average, with the cost of living going up as much as it has and other companies offer SO much more money to try and bring talent in, although SPS is a great place to work and I love it here, its tough to turn down a 50% salary increase.
