I love my team, we're all so supportive of each other. The only issue I have is pay, there should be automatic inflation raises that go into effect quarterly or every 6 months. Also, I think Growth Summit on voting day was a huge oversight and must be considered next voting cycle.

My only complaint is compensation - merit and inflation increases. But the people at SPS are top notch: smart, caring and fun to work with and be around.

Inflation pay increase + merit increase. Employees should not have to fight for it or threaten to leave to get a pay increase.

Inflation increases, in addition to merit increases would be a great first step. Also I've heard many (5+ people) say they've had to threaten to leave (or leave) SPS before they get paid what they feel they are worth.
