I respect their goals, but I feel that they lack understanding of smaller roles.

The goals don't get specific enough to each team. We are swamped and there is much change-fatigue

My team is so great - they are considerate, attentive, hard-working. The management supports this in any way they can.

We all respect each others time and energy. We know that we have more on our plate's than we can typically handle, but I feel that I am supported by my coworkers.

I don't believe that our wages are competitive against other company or that inflation is taken into account. We have been asked to return to the office a couple days a week on top of this.

My recent raise felt like it was due to my issues with returning to the office. My next raise won't be for quite a while and I'm on the very low end of the pay scale for my position.

Upon moving teams/roles within SPS, I wasn't given the minimum salary of that position (due to proximity to a yearly merit raise and a promotion that is expected you take after a year). A person from outside the company can come into the exact role with no experience and make more than me.
