SPS has been a great place to start with EDI/supply chain knowledge. Improvements to the pay and benefits structure will help retain people longer as well as bring in more well-qualified candidates to help us through our growth. it is hard to recommend people for a job that pays so low.

I have really enjoyed my experience overall. I have had amazing managers here and they have all been very supportive of my growth. There are also lots of great people at the company overall.

They should stop micro-managing others because of their own insecurities. I have never had to dim someone else's light in order to shine. Succeed Together is difficult when you have colleagues that try to shut you down.

That we want to create change in the corporate world. They want to be a leader in having a better company culture and grow our business with it. There are people here that are passionate about that, but the low pay becomes a demotivator to do more beyond what is asked.

If we paid comparably, we wouldn't lose so many people. We create amazing spaces for people to create change on the DEI front, but most of the work is on the people in those ERGs than on the company. You don't pay those people more to do the work and they are the ones creating change.
