My compensation is low for my workload.
We are very open with each other about our experiences at SPS
Paying equitable wages and actually caring about employee feedback instead of making decisions on behalf of the employees.
Valuing employees and providing employees with equitable wages and wage increases that are inline with company profits and inflation.
More equitable compensation. When duties are added to my role, I should be compensated accordingly. Executives make decisions with little input from people who are impacted by those decisions.
More training on the products that sales is selling would make my job and the jobs of a lot of people at the company much easier. I feel that a lot of customer dissatisfaction and confusion stems from Sales lack of knowledge on what they are selling and it really shows.
We are very open with each other about our views on the company and how they treat our team specifically. Overall the way the company treats our team feels consistently bad based on conversations with teammates and I could not agree more. It's nice to be on the same page with teammates.
They need to be better with being transparent and offering fair wages and wage increases that align with inflation and employee needs. It's clear that there is a wide pay gap within the company and that employees are not really valued to the point of including "Employees come first" as a value.
The company continues to expect I do and learn more information that was not an initial requirement of the job/pay I do but continues to pay me below what is deserve. Having a fair annual wage increase that even keeps up with inflation feels fair. I'm struggling to make ends meet and work over 40hrs
