maybe more in person interaction. I realized that the thing that made me stay on my last work is the people working with me. Even if the work is too heavy, this helps me stay and find the value on what I do.

Seems that they are not wiling to help newbies and they are not approachable. Would be better if they reply from time to time especially if the question or topic is work related. I understand being busy but not acknowledging seems to be unacceptable

customer appreciation is something that helps me to be happy at work. in my team, we dont usually talk to each other and we dont have any interaction at all. its like going to work with no officemates. So customer gratitude is the thing im holding on to

this is just a comparison between SPS and other companies that are currently offering jobs recently. I choose to stay because I value what I do here and I still feel like I have more to learn as I am still feeling challenged often. Maybe align the salary to the market.
